Can the company track which employees are using psychological counseling?

No, full anonymity is guaranteed for employees. No information is shared that can be traced back to an individual. The company cannot track who has used the 1:1 sessions or how often employees have utilized a session. Additionally, our employees are also bound by confidentiality, so the contents of the 1:1 sessions are not disclosed to third parties.

Can I choose how many employees I want to purchase an access package for?

Yes, it's freely selectable. For example, only a specific department can receive access. However, we do not recommend skimping on the access package so that as many employees as possible have the opportunity to use the services offered by HELLO WE CARE.

Does the access package need to be repurchased for all employees every 3 months?

No, the access package is a one-time fee per employee.

Does the access package need to be renewed whenever a new employee is hired?

Yes, for new hires, there is a access fee of €10 (per person) to add the new employee. To grant new employees access to the HELLO WE CARE platform, the company must send an email to info@hellowecare.de.

How are companies informed when the care quota is depleted?

The HELLO WE CARE team contacts the company approximately four weeks before the care quota is depleted.

How long are the booked care packages usable?

The booked care packages can be used within 3 months. After this time, any unused counseling sessions expire. The size of the care package can be adjusted every 3 months. We are happy to advise you on the various care packages and find the right size together with you.

Can the booked care package be upgraded?

Yes, upgrading the care package is possible during the three-month period. Simply contact us via email at info@hellowecare.de.

How long does a 1:1 session last?

A 1:1 psychological counseling session lasts 25 minutes.

Can longer 1:1 sessions be booked?

Yes, it is possible to book two consecutive sessions and extend the appointment to 50 minutes. This extension option is particularly useful for acute crises.

Is there a limit to how many sessions an employee can schedule?

An employee can schedule a maximum of one 50-minute session per day. There is no maximum limit on the total number of sessions an employee can use.

Who conducts the sessions, and what expertise do the psychological counselors have?

Our experts at HELLO WE CARE are professionals with a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology or equivalent qualifications. They have at least three years of professional experience in the clinical field and undergo nationally recognized training in psychotherapy.

How much advance notice is required to book an individual session?

Sessions can be arranged relatively short notice, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, depending on availability.

Is cancellation of an individual session due to rescheduling or illness possible?

Cancellation of the session is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a cancellation fee. If the 24-hour window before the scheduled time has passed, the full session will be deducted from the care quota as a cancellation fee.

Is any preparation required for the sessions?

No preparation is required for psychological counseling. Our psychological professionals address individual concerns with employees and managers in personal discussions.

What is the difference between the workshops and training sessions offered by HELLO WE CARE?

Our training sessions last for one hour and involve knowledge transfer through a lecture on a predetermined topic. Our workshops last for two hours, during which interactive exercises and theoretical input are used to develop knowledge together with the participants. Therefore, training sessions contain a higher level of theory, while workshops include a practical component.

How long do MHFA courses last?

The training to become a psychological first aider consists of a total of four modules, each lasting 3 hours.
